Brandon and I traveled up to Fostoria to see his family and to show off Claire of course! We wanted to introduce great Grandpa Loy to baby Claire so we stopped by on Sunday before we headed home. He held her the entire time we were there. Grandpa Loy was as sassy as ever, flirting with the nurses. He was so happy to hold little Claire.Five generations - Loy Luman, Pat Luman Hoover, (Patti Hoover Canterbury), Brandon Canterbury and Claire Canterbury
Grandpa Loy passed away on Tuesday, 2 days after meeting baby Claire. He was able to hold his great great grandaughter. Not many people get to have that.

That is so awesome. I would give anything if Gramps could have met my son. Gramps sure was a hero to all of us. Congrats on the beautiful baby!
